RENTAL AGREEMENT The Guest accepts and recognizes the House Rules listed in their online reservation description of the booked property and agrees to respect and comply with the prohibitions and use rules regarding matters such as but not limited to smoking, pets, events, tenants age, check in and check out time, etc. The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good and clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The guests agree that the HomeBeLike shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit taken at the moment of the reservation or from the credit card hold that could be taken upon the arrival, if guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. The Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and respect the rights of the surrounding properties. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. The property must be used for legal purposes only and never for other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, çharboring fugitives, etc. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. Valuable items left behind by guestswill be held for the guests and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for return. HomeBeLike shall not be held liable for condition of said items. Creating a disturbance of any of the above nature or violating any of the terms of listed above, shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. The rental period shall be terminated immediately and Guests shall then immediately vacate the premises.
